NON-RESIDENT ACCOUNT(NRA)

到中国银行或中信银行指定网点办理。
Open NRA in Bank( designated branches of BOC or China CITIC Bank ).

含不少于10笔的境内期货或期权交易的结算单或境外期货交易的记录明细、结算单据或者其他凭证。
settlement statement with no less than 10 executed orders of futures or options trading offered by chinese futures firms,or certification（ trading records/settlement statement /other certifications ）offered by overseas futures firms.  

加盖相关金融机构业务章。
With official seal of relevant financial institution.

境外期货交易所应为与中国证监会签署监管合作谅解备忘录的国家（地区）期货监管机构监管的境外期货交易场所。
Any of those overseas futures exchanges regulated by its competent futures regulatory authority that has a memorandum of understanding on regulatory cooperation with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “CSRC”).

指令下达人在中期协网站完成知识测试，成绩80分以上。客户也可以通过出具承诺函的方式，表明其具有交易所适当性制度要求的知识水平，同时承担提供不实承诺的后果。

Score 80 points or above.Client should also sign the Undertaking Letter which indicates that the client has the level of knowledge required by related exchange's participant eligibility management rules and is subject to the consequences of providing false promises.

Copy of the Articles of Association

公司章程复印件应加盖公章，原件为英文的，应提供盖公章的中文翻译版。
Each copy is required to affix the seal. If the original is in English, the Chinese translation of the official seal should be provided.

List of shareholders,board members and top managers

加盖公章Stamped with the official seal.
如公司章程已包含这些信息，则无需再提供此名单。
If the Articles of Association already contains this information, you do not need to provide this list.

Information of Beneficial Owner

受益所有人指直接或间接持有公司25%以上股权的自然人或对公司有实际控制权的自然人。提供的信息包括：受益所有人姓名、证件类型、证件号、证件有效期、联系地址和联系电话。
Beneficial owner is the natural person who owned more than 25% of the share capital derectly or inderectly, or who actually controll the company.The information includes person name, ID Type,ID number,ID's term of validity,Contact Address and tel.The document should be stamped with the official seal.

1、自然人身份证件应两面复印；
2、所有证明文件加盖公章，多页盖骑缝章。
Precaution:
1、The identification of natural persons:please copy both sides s on the same surface of A4 paper;

满足其中之一：
Meet one of the following conditions:

境外期货交易所应为与中国证监会签署监管合作谅解备忘录的国家（地区）期货监管机构监管的境外期货交易场所。
Any of those overseas futures exchanges is regulated by its competent futures regulatory authority that has a memorandum of understanding on regulatory cooperation with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

1、最近三年内具有10笔及以上的境内交易场所的期货合约、期权合约或者集中清算的其他衍生品交易成交记录;
records of no less than ten (10) executed orders in futures or options trading, or in trading of any centralized cleared derivatives, within the past three (3) years in any of the domestic trading exchanges.

2、最近三年内具有10笔及以上境外交易场所的期货合约、期权合约或者集中清算的其他衍生品交易成交记录;
records of no less than ten (10) executed orders in futures or options trading, or in trading of any centralized cleared derivatives, within the past three (3) years in overseas exchanges.

3、累计10个交易日、20笔以上（含）境内交易所仿真期货或期权交易经历。
records of no less than twenty (20) executed orders and of no less than ten (10) days of simulated futures or options trading in domestic trading exchanges.

知识水平
Knowledge

一般单位指令下达人应充分了解期货交易基础知识和相关业务规则。
Authorized trader should have basic knowledge of futures trading and understanding of the relevant business rules.

客户可以通过出具承诺函的方式，表明其具有交易所适当性制度要求的知识水平，同时承担提供不实承诺的后果。
Client should sign the Undertaking Letter which indicates that its authorized trader has the level of knowledge required by related exchange's participant eligibility management rules and is subject to the consequences of providing false promises.

内部控制制度

客户应签署不存在不良诚信记录的承诺函。
Client should sign the Undertaking Letter about having no material adverse credit record.
